Exeger secures SEK 160 million

Molindo's portfolio company Exeger AB, the Swedish deep-tech firm behind the Powerfoyle™ solar cell technology, has secured at least SEK 160 million in funding during the second half of 2025. The financing includes two directed share issues totaling SEK 127.08 million, along with SEK 32.92 million in guarantee commitments.

In addition, Exeger will launch a rights issue of SEK 110.42 million in December 2025, primarily to give existing shareholders the opportunity to compensate for the dilution effect of the directed share issues.

The new funding strengthens Exeger’s financial position as it accelerates the commercialization of its Powerfoyle technology, supporting continued growth, increased production capacity, and the company’s mission to make sustainable energy seamlessly integrated into everyday life.
