Apstec Systems Wins Prize at Detektor International Awards 2025

Molindo’s portfolio company Apstec Systems has been awarded First Prize in the Alarm & Detection category at the prestigious Detektor International Awards 2025, held during the Sectech security exhibition at Stockholmsmässan.

The annual awards recognize outstanding innovation and technical excellence in the global security industry. This year’s international jury included editors and experts from leading security publications in Sweden, Norway, Denmark, the UK, and Taiwan.

Apstec received the award for its HSS Falcon — a next-generation, high-throughput screening system that uses AI-driven threat detection and millimeter-wave sensors to automatically scan people and their belongings in real time. The system can identify multiple threat types, including weapons, explosives, narcotics, and currency, all while allowing natural movement through security checkpoints.
